Electrical connectors: The company's electrical connector products are mainly high-voltage and high current products, with a rated current between 40A and 1000A and a protection level of IP67. Most products have high-voltage interlocking and shielding functions, and some products can also be equipped with temperature sensors, which are particularly suitable for use in electric vehicles, wind power, energy storage, high-power laser systems, and other occasions.
Liquid connectors: The company has developed two series of liquid connectors with equivalent diameters of φ 8, φ 10, φ 12, and φ 20. The working medium of the product is coolant or deionized water, and the working pressure is 0-2MPa. The plug and socket of the product can achieve single end sealing and support pressure insertion and extraction.
High voltage wire harness: High voltage wire harness is another core business product of the company. The company has a high-voltage wire harness production line, equipped with high-voltage wire harness production and testing equipment, and has the production capacity of 300mm ² and below cross-section high-voltage wire harness.
Distribution box: Distribution box products are all customized products. The company has developed dozens of distribution box products for domestic and foreign customers, and multiple products have been supplied in bulk. The company's distribution box products are widely used in systems such as electric vehicles, ships, and low altitude aircraft.
The distribution box product developed by the company has a maximum protection level of IP67, and can also integrate functions such as "lid opening alarm, temperature monitoring, bus control, HVIL monitoring" on the product according to customer requirements.
